First, place your forearms on the blocks or stay on your palms and breathe deeply. This will help you relax and prepare for the sequence. Next, take one arm on the back of your head and place your other hand on top. Stretch your shoulders straight up towards the sky and then bring your hands together in front of your chest. Repeat this a few times and notice how your shoulders and fingers feel.

Now, place two fingers on your chest on the center line and slowly bring your hands together and release. Move your hands to point upward at shoulder height and breathe deeply. Feel how the muscles in your shoulders are being stretched. Finally, take one finger and touch your chin with your other hand and slowly raise your arms as high as they can go. Feel your wrists and elbows pressing into the blocks behind you.
